What we collect
If you submit a quote request, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, city, ZIP code, home size, requested service, preferred schedule and any voluntary notes. Please do not include passwords, payment information or door access codes.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to understand and respond to your quote request, discuss the cleaning scope, and coordinate a possible service appointment. Submitting a request does not book an appointment.
Storage and access
Submitted requests are sent to the website's backend and stored on its private server or configured database. They are not intentionally made public through the website. Authorized business operators may access these requests. Where enabled, LeadConnector (HighLevel) receives your contact and home details to help Zayer manage and respond to the quote request. A transactional email provider may also receive the request details for notification. Quote consent does not authorize unrelated marketing.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request and related business records. You can ask us to correct or delete your request, subject to applicable record-keeping obligations, using the contact information below. We do not request sensitive payment or identity documentation through this form.
Third parties and security
The site may be hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. Contact links such as WhatsApp or email take you to third-party services governed by their own policies. Transport encryption depends on the HTTPS configuration of the production host.
